1. NO 2. NO First is no because there are 2 ways First, you can share that URL with them. The first time they go to the URL, they’re asked if they want to install the app. If they click Add, it’s added to the Apps section of their Power BI site. Second, they can click Get apps in the Apps section of the Power BI service. Microsoft AppSource opens, where they see all the apps that have been shared with them, including the app that you most recently shared with them. If the organization has a lot of apps, they may need to search for it. Either way, after that whenever they go to Apps, they’ll see this app in their list. They can also install the app from their iOS, Android, or Windows device by clicking the link in the email. The app installs automatically and opens in the default landing page. The reference link is good : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps 1) YES because "Business users get your apps in a few different ways: They can find and install your app from Microsoft AppSource." 2) NO because changes made by the project manager need to be published : "The workspace is your staging area, so your changes aren't live in the app until you publish again. This lets you make changes without affecting the published apps." It means that changes aren't AUTOMATICALLY applied to the app.

1. NO Firstly, as "Team site" I understand "Team internal server" or "Team on-prem solution", some place managed by Team, not AppSource. Secondly, "Business users get your apps in a few different ways: They can find and install apps from Apps marketplace or AppSource. You can send them a direct link. You can install it automatically in your coworkers' Power BI accounts [...]. If you distribute your app to external users, those users receive an email with a direct link." SOURCE: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps 2. NO Firstly, "When you share a report or dashboard, the people you share it with can view it and interact with it, but can't edit it." SOURCE: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards Secondly, "Your app consumers can't modify the contents of the app." SOURCE: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps

The Power BI published app is stored within the team site so that others can install it. Answer: No Explanation: A Power BI published app is not stored within a team site for installation. Instead, it is published within the Power BI service. The published app is a collection of dashboards and reports that are packaged together and shared with users within the Power BI service, not as an installable application on a team site. One of the other project managers installs and modifies a dashboard within the Power BI published app. The changes are automatically made into the original published app. Answer: No Explanation: When a Power BI published app is shared with others, the recipients do not have the ability to modify the original dashboards or reports within the app.

NO 'After you've successfully published the app, you see a Successfully published message that includes a shareable app link. You can copy and share that link with your app consumers.' OR 'You can also share the published app by selecting the Copy link button at the bottom of the Setup page. That creates a shareable app link to share with your app consumers.' NO

I also think Q1 could be YES, because the Teams desktop site does have the options of going into Apps on the left ? You can add an apps into your teams but not Install them but then in the actual detailed question it is asking you to share them with other team members so they can view reports in which cases adding the app to team would be sufficient. Any thoughts anyone?

First question asks about where it is stored. And app is a published workspace. All your datasets, reports, dashboards are stored in a workspace. Nothing is stored in Teams. As for question 2, any changes made do not get published automatically: Make any changes you want to the content of your app. The workspace is your staging area, so your changes aren't live in the app until you publish again. This lets you make changes without affecting the published apps. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps

Second one is a no because the permission is only set to view. So others cant edit it, no? Just wondering since the explanation here seems to be discussing deeper than that. I kinda get confused.

1. Yes Search for Power BI content in Teams With the search experience in Teams, you can find recent reports, dashboards, and apps and open them within the Power BI app for Teams. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-microsoft-teams-app#search-for-power-bi-content-in-teams
