I agree that it should be C. Action. The question is: "You need to select the appropriate component to cycle through the entire list." To cycle through the list you need an action, not a condition

Your answer is correct but the reason is incorrect. Sisb's explanation is correct. The keyword is 'cycle through' - we need to add 'Apply for each' action.

I would say that the correct answer is C Action. In order to run through each item in a SharePoint list you would need the "Apply for each" action

Agree, condition refers to whether the label needs to be changed, but the question is about cycle throught the list

Selected Answer: C
To cycle through the entire list in Power Automate, you'll need to use an action that allows you to iterate over all items in a SharePoint list. The most common action for this scenario is the "Get items" action, which retrieves all items from the SharePoint list. After that, you can use an "Apply to each" loop to process each item.

Condition alone cannot iterate over a list. It evaluates a logical expression and branches the flow based on true/false results. To process each item in a list, you need an Apply to each action (which falls under the category of actions). Therefore, the correct answer to cycle through the entire list and update items is: C. Action

To achieve this goal we need both (and more) components: A. Conditions C. Actions(Apply to each) The question is "You need to select the appropriate component to cycle through the entire list." C. Actions(Apply to each) I would go with this answer.

Guys, please concentrate :) it says "You need to select the appropriate component to cycle through the entire list." Means you need something to "... cycle through the entire list". If you remember we used to make a loop with while condition to loop till the end of an array/list. With this regard, "A. Condition" (to loop till the end of the list) is the best fit.

Selected Answer: C
C- Action. An action is a component that can perform a task, such as reading, updating, or deleting data in a data source. You can use an action to cycle through the items in a SharePoint list and apply logic or changes to each item. A - Condition is incorrect. A condition is a component that can evaluate an expression and perform different actions based on the result. You can use a condition to check if the Follow up field is less than or equal to the current date, but not to cycle through the list items

Answer: B Explanation: Using an Action such as "Apply to each", which is specifically designed to loop through lists. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/apply-to-each

The component that should be used to cycle through the entire list is "Action". Specifically, the "Get items" action in Power Automate can be used to retrieve the list items, and then the "Apply to each" action can be used to loop through each item and perform the necessary operations.

Condition - cycles the data Action - updates the data The question is specifically asking for the cycling component. A lot of these comments are focused on the update instead of the cycle

Action cycles the data, not the condition

answer is trigger D. The action which is 'set the value for a field named Status to Overdue' can only occur/cycle through the entire list with the appropriate TRIGGER (if the value of a field named Follow up is less than or equal to the current date). Without this trigger, no cycle can occur

"Cycle" might mean a loop, a while or a do until... So, although condition is tempting, C seems correct
