In third step, If we select user, it wont show all available roles. So we need to select the app then select the user and then assign the role.

Actually from the document kvinal shared it seems like the answer is correct. but could also be select app, share, select user and security role then share. I don't know it's confusing

Select an app from the Power Apps list: This is the first step where you choose the app you want to share. Select the app and select a security role: After selecting the app, you need to assign a security role to control access. Select a user and choose a security role: Choose the users who will have access to the app and assign them the necessary security roles. Select Share: Finally, share the app with the selected users.

1. Select an app from the Power Apps List. 2. Select the app and select a security role. 3. Select a user and choose a security role. 4. Select share. From MS Learn: Share a model-driven app to make it available so other users can play it. Sharing includes the following steps: 1. Identify the security roles to use for the app 2. Assign security roles or people to a model-driven app 3. Share the link to the app https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/share-model-driven-app

Another vague question...in practice, you can share without going into security roles for the app but then your options for user's security roles will be limited. Best to go with the answer provided here, since it's the steps MS documentation gives for sharing.

1) Select an app from the power apps list 2) Select Share 3)Select a user and choose a security role 4) Select Share You need to select first the app and press share in order to open the sharing window. Then if you select from people field either a user or group and you click on it, a second option appear where you select the security role. This is included on "select a user and choose a security role". In the end you have to press again share because otherwise nothing will be shared. I 've just did that on a model driven app i have created to be 100% sure.

Share a model-driven app Sharing a model-driven app involves two primary steps. First, associate a one or more security role(s) with the app then assign the security role(s) to users. This feature is currently rolling out and may not be available immediately in certain regions. Visit https://make.powerapps.com Select a model-driven app and click Share. Select the app then choose a security role from the list. Search for a user. Select the user then select a role from the list. Click Share.

The answer here is correct. Tried out just now on make.powerapps.com 1) Select app from the Power Apps List 2) Select "share" on the action ribbon at the top (this opens a share pane on the right) 3) Select the app at the top left of this pane and then select security role(s) (these are the roles which can access the app) 4) select the user(s) at the bottom left of this pane (this changes the role selection area which now shows only those roles selected in step 2 above). choose security role(s) for these users. 5) Press the Share button at the bottom right (no 5th place remaining on the answer however if there was one, it would be this step)
