HOTSPOT - For each of the following statements, select Yes if the statement is true. Otherwise, select No. NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point. Hot Area:
Regaring last one: No, that statement is not entirely accurate. Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) can charge customers for licenses based on various models, including per-user/per-month pricing or based on the type and quantity of licenses purchased. While CSPs can offer flexible billing options and often have the ability to adjust license allocations based on customer needs, they are not strictly limited to charging only for licenses that customers use. They may offer subscription-based plans that include a set number of licenses regardless of whether all licenses are actively used by customers.
If a user is on maternity leave and the 365 license is still assigned to a user, the company still needs to pay for the license at the end of the billing term.

If the question is Can Only then the third option MUST be NO. TIP! Read the question carefully guys (5 times if you must) so that you don't miss key words.
I think the third part is to do with "license-based, usage-based, and one-time purchases". So the answer would be no
The license-based price list is updated monthly, and Microsoft releases new pricing 30 days before it takes effect. Examples of license-based services include Office 365
Usage-based pricing is dynamic and changes frequently. Examples of usage-based services include Microsoft Azure.
One-time purchase pricing is also dynamic. Examples of one-time purchases include Microsoft Azure reservations

Note, I saw the same on MeasureUp, but there were TWO questions very similar, the one that says 'No' was in reference to providing a trial subscription and the one that said 'Yes' was trial license...
For the third one - they are asking about the licenses only, the CSP can only charge for the licenses you use and for no other licenses, because with subscription model you pay for what you use, no payments upfront.
CSP is in charge of the customer billing : so he can define different metrics than the usage ....

so for me the "rd is NO
Yes Yes No is the answer to me
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/offer-your-customers-trials-of-microsoft-products (Proof that 30 day trial is Yes)
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/autopilot (example of other services that CSP can charge customers for)
Just my thought also. As it say “CAN ONLY”. So I would also go for NO. If it is “MUST” (as Iat1234 says it is in the exam ) then it would be YES.
