The answer is correct. 1. F3 is the cheapest, 8$. Only mobile apps needed. 2. BP is the cheapest, 22$. Desktop apps needed. 3. E3 is the cheapest, 36$. Windows 10 needed. 4. E5 is only possible, 57$. Phone system needed.

I think I get it for the second question why it's BP and not F3. Here what is included in BP: Web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (mobile version of outlook) F3 does not include Outlook mobile app and will use Office for Web to get to mailbox. There is a subtle difference between question 1 and 2

F3 is 8$/user/month BP is 22$/user/month BP includes desktop apps (question 2 mentions Outlook) F3 includes Office for Web and mobile apps only https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compare-microsoft-365-enterprise-plans#coreui-contentrichblock-5h0307m Phone System, Audio Conferencing is only with E5

https://www.microsoft.com/nb-no/microsoft-365/enterprise/f3?market=no F3 gives both outlook, app and webapplications. E3 - Gives all that plus Windows 10 Enterprise E5 - gives everything in E3 + Conference call + some security capabilities. BP is also cheaper that e3 and e5, but only provides Windows 10 Pro. Also more expensive that F3. go for the minimizing cost.

When you look at the comparison table for F3 it lists 'outlook' but there is a superscript that states the following; F3 includes Office for Web and mobile apps only. Office mobile limited to devices with integrated screens 10.1” diagonally or less”. F3 includes 2GB inbox only, No Outlook Integration, no Voicemail. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/compare-microsoft-365-enterprise-plans#coreui-contentrichblock-5h0307m

"Regarding the F3 licensing: You CANNOT use a desktop mail client to connect. You will have to use a web or mobile client." Not from MS official site*

The question doesn't specify 'desktop' apps. It says 'office web and mobile apps' These ARE included in F3 along with outlook web and 'Windows 11 Enterprise E3' Currently available frontline plans are Microsoft 365 F1/MS 365 F3 and Office 365 F3
