since 2020 November, AIP Plan 2 is no longer available for new subscriptions. So the question is misleading.

Is correct, but please add any source in order to support your answer. In this case, please check the following table: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/information-protection/ Look for "Configure conditions for automatic and recommended classification"
