Out of curiosity why is A not a correct answer here? For a detailed list I would have thought the release notes would give more details than a What's New section

I would think the correct answer would be AD, assuming one would have to upgrade to the new version to have access to the changes. I am curious what others think.

I think because C,D are only available once the release is rolled out to customers, and the question states that Microsoft releases. Release notes are available even before the general availability.
