MD ATP is not fully integrated with Android. iOS is NOT macOS. There's a difference.

This answer might change recently. Now there are more supported OS like: Linux, MacOS and Android. ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/minimum-requirements#other-supported-operating-systems Despite in the above is missing iOS, seems is also already available: https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/microsoft-defender-atp-ios
