The Data limit option displays a notification when the data limit is hit and set the connection to a metered connection. While using metered connection, some updates might still get downloaded https://winaero.com/updates-metered-connection-windows-10/

The question identical to this one that says setting the computers to a Meeteered connection does accomplish the goal and ray is saying this does not accomplish the goal. Can someone please provide some clarity?
