A company uses Power Apps canvas apps.
When a user opens Power Apps Studio in a browser and selects Apps I can edit, they do not see an app that they need to modify.
You need to determine why the user cannot see the app.
What are three possible reasons? Each correct answer presents a complete solution.
NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point.

  • A. The user selected an incorrect Power Apps environment.
  • B. The user has not been granted the System Customizer role.
  • C. The user has not been set as the app co-owner.
  • D. The app has not been shared with the user.
  • E. The environment does not have a Microsoft Dataverse database.

In the question the user wants to edit the app. So A,C,D are correct. It is mentioned in the provided link Edit any canvas app that you created, or for which you have Co-owner permission. You can edit an app in Power Apps Studio.

For those that System Customizer sounds plausible, it is NOT correct beacause it applies only to Dataverse (thus model-driven, not canvas) ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/privileges-required-customization

Selected Answer: ACD
Turning answers A, C & D into a voting comment :) Consensus in the comments right now is that a person does not need to be a system customizer, and I don't think anyone is considering E. That answer is about a data source, it has nothing to do with permissions.
