Answer given is correct BCD "Action configuration Flows also fail if a setting in an action of the flow doesn't function as expected. In this case, the error message contains Bad request or Not found, or an error code of 400 or 404 appears. The error details should specify how to correct the failure. You'll need to click or tap the Edit button and then correct the problem inside the flow definition. Save the updated flow, and then click or tap Resubmit to try the run again with the updated configuration."

ACD A because admins can view the errors C it's by default enabled D is within the flow. B makes no sense becuase action items are for approval related things only. the question is about saving to onedrive. E makes no sense because there is no notification center in the power automate portal

It can not be A. Reason is that In option A, It is mentioned to "Navigate to the Power Automate admin center".. There is no power automate admin center.. it is power platform admin center. Also, it is mentioned to "view the projects". We can't see any projects in admin centers..

C D E C. Repair tips - if you go to the portal and click "My Flows" on the left, then click the 3 dots for one of your flows, you'll see Repair Tips. I believe they are turned on by default now, but this is still a valid option to check or select to troubleshoot. D. Run History - absolutely a good option to check E. View notifications - there is a "Monitor" option on the left of the portal page now and you can expand that to see "Cloud Flow activity". If you click that, there's a notifications tab so maybe that's what they're referring to? I don't see anything else and can't find any past options, but I would still choose E since A and B are clearly wrong. Wrong answers: A. nope B. Action items - this was previously a navigation item on the left side that would show Business process flows and approvals. Since they've essentially removed business process flows from power automate, you won't find this option anymore. It's replaced by just plain "approvals" now. Regardless, it wasn't the correct answer then or now to determine why a flow isn't working.

No, if you are in Power Automate select the flow and click on more actions you will see the options. B is correct.

It's definitely not B. I tried your process to verify but I don't see what you're talking about. When I select "more options/more commands", there isn't anything related to "Action items"
