Isn't the QnA Maker part of the Azure Bot Services? My answer would be Y/Y/Y based on: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/bot-services/#features

Not exactly. You create a Bot that “points” to the knowledge base imported using QnA Maker.

I think you are right. The QnA Maker service, which is a part of Azure Bot Service, allows you to import FAQ documents or provide URLs to webpages containing FAQ content. It then processes and analyzes the content to generate a knowledge base of questions and answers that can be used by a bot to provide responses to user queries.

On critical reasoning, I think the given answer is correct, YES, YES and NO respectively since the BOT has to be pointed to the QnA maker

I believe the good answers are Y/Y/N. No, because Azure Bot Service itself cannot directly import FAQ to question and answer sets. However, you can use QnA Maker, a service integrated with Azure Bot Service, to create, train, and publish a knowledge base of question and answer pairs, including FAQs. Once the knowledge base is created, it can be linked to an Azure Bot Service to enable the bot to answer questions based on the FAQ content. The answer is Yes to C Azure Bot Service can import FAQs into QnA Maker, which is now part of Azure Cognitive Services for Language. QnA Maker is a service that enables users to create a knowledge base by extracting questions and answers from various sources, including FAQ documents. You can import FAQs into QnA Maker by uploading a document, providing a URL, or entering questions and answers manually. QnA Maker then processes the information and creates a knowledge base that you can use to build a conversational AI experience with Azure Bot Service. Therefore, Azure Bot Service can indirectly import FAQs into QnA Maker, which can then be used to build a conversational AI experience.

YYN As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Azure Bot Service does not have a built-in feature for directly importing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) into a bot. However, you can integrate FAQ functionality into your bot by creating a knowledge base and using Azure services like QnA Maker to manage and retrieve FAQs.

YYN is the answer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/build-faq-chatbot-qna-maker-azure-bot-service/2-get-started-knowledge-base You can easily create a user support bot solution on Microsoft Azure using a combination of two core services: - Language service. The Language service includes a custom question answering feature that enables you to create a knowledge base of question and answer pairs that can be queried using natural language input. - Azure Bot service. This service provides a framework for developing, publishing, and managing bots on Azure.

If you create a custom Azure Bot Service you can use your own QnA Maker KB so last answer should be YES.

That's wrong, as these are independent services as mentioned above. Last answer must be "NO"
