workspace access gives permission to ALL reports. The question states that only few reports need to be shared

It says : You have SEVERAL reports and dashboards in a workspace. You need to grant all organizational users read access to a dashboard and SEVERAL reports. So in terms of an linguistic approach it means, you have x reports and share x reports. So I would say the Answer is YES.

If we are stricts the answer is not, but I feel that can be yes because doing this you meet the goal but you give access to more dashboards. And I don´t understand why the admin will give access only to a one dashboard to all the organization. I feel that there is a mistake in the writing of this problem. Maybe the answer is yes and they don´t figure about if the access is only for one dashboard the viewer role isn´t a good option.

Answer should be Yes..... Viewer role will allow all users to read all the reports and dashboards so they will have no problem reading a particular dashboard

i wouldn't make up my own question or add to it. Its a very specific question. If one gives everyone viewer rights to the workspace can they see a subset of the assets ? Answer is Yes.

In my opinion it is sad that we are being judged by the interpretation of the question and not by knowledge we have about the subject. If we consider that the question mentions "... a dashboard and several reports" I conclude that the answer should be "No", because I am guaranteeing access to all reports and not just some.

Here Questions says "Several Reports" Not "All" reports so technically it is wrong but the in this situation we can go with this approach as we don't have anything else.

The key statement here is the access should be granted to "ALL ORG. USERS". EVERYONE needs access. So, assigning the viewer role will do the trick.

Agree! Answer should be NO. If assign viewer access to workspace level, all reports and all dashboards are visible.

I think the answer is "Yes" since "You need to grant all organizational users read access to a dashboard and several reports." and if grant all users access to everything they get access to the mentioned dashboard and several reports. Yes, sure, they get access to more things but there is no mention in the text that they have to be prevented from accessing anything.

the answer is yes , cause they clearly didnt specify how many dashboards and reports you'll give access to , so basically they meant would that meet the goal (several reports and A dashboard ) which is absolutely yesss
