The NRPT is a table that contains rules that you can configure to specify DNS settings or special behavior for names or namespaces. The NRPT can be configured using the Group Policy Management Editor under Computer Configuration \\Policies\\Windows Settings\\Name Resolution Policy, or with Windows PowerShell. If a DNS query matches an entry in the NRPT, it is handled according to settings in the policy. Queries that do not match an NRPT entry are processed normally.

It's a 742 question that pulls from info you would have learned in 741. This is asking about where in Group Policy you would go to configure this.

"What should you configure in Group Policy?" GPO is 70-742, don't ignore this question.

Correct. This is more likely to be on 70-742, than 70-741. Keep in mind Microsoft likes to take a few questions from different exams as well.
