Answer is C When your Office 365 and Dynamics 365 are in different tenants it becomes quite the challenge and inconvenience. A few major issues are as follows Server-Side Sync – only supports single tenant. Single sign-on – need to log into two systems. https://bethb-d365.com/2018/06/13/dynamics-365-and-office-365-in-different-tenants-how-to-consolidate/#post-39:~:text=When%20your%20Office%20365%20and%20Dynamics,need%20to%20log%20into%20two%20systems.

Selected Answer: C
Answer is C. Users can access both Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 by using Single Sign-on (SSO) Single Sign-on (SSO) allows users to log in once and access multiple applications without needing to sign in again, which enhances user convenience and security. This seamless access to both Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 is a significant advantage of using the same tenant.

Selected Answer: C
I will go with a C, because managing both apps in the same tenant simplifies administration tasks. You can control user access, security settings, and licenses from a central location, reducing complexity and costs. Data sharing and synchronization between the two platforms eliminate the need for manual data transfers, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Integrating tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint with Dynamics 365 enhances functionality and boosts productivity. For instance, you can update records in Excel online within Dynamics 365 or use Word templates to create professional documents. By Copilot

Answer is C. There is no way CDS (now know Dataverse) can connect to M365 apps. If let's say you want to export open ERP's data in Excel, you will need the Excel Add-in with OData.

mainly C ChatGPT 4.0: and supporting information for why C trumps A&B: Supporting Information: Common Data Service (now called Dataverse): While using Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service) to connect application data is a significant advantage, it is not the primary benefit directly related to deploying these applications within the same tenant. Group Permissions: Setting up groups in Microsoft 365 for permissions can streamline some processes, but it does not capture the comprehensive benefit of SSO.

notice it says "deploying" and “in same tenatent” Compared to opt. A and C. Where C :
Although Single Sign-On (SSO) simplifies user access to both Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, it's not exclusive to deploying the apps in the same tenant; it can be implemented even if the apps are in separate tenants While A:
on the other hand, specifically highlights the capability of leveraging Common Data Services (CDS) when the apps are deployed in the same tenant, which enables seamless integration and data sharing. Therefore, option A is more directly related to the benefits of deploying both sets of apps in the same tenant. 💡Answer: A

Selected Answer: C
A significant benefit of deploying Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 apps in the same tenant is: Answer: C. Users can access both Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 by using Single Sign-On (SSO). Explanation: When Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 are deployed within the same tenant, they leverage the same Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity management. This shared identity service enables Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to authenticate once and gain access to both Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 applications without needing to log in separately for each service. SSO simplifies the user experience, enhances productivity by reducing the time spent on multiple logins, and improves security by centralizing identity management.

C. Deploying Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 apps in the same tenant allows for Single Sign-on (SSO), which means that users can log in once and have access to both sets of applications without the need to authenticate separately. Option A, while related to integration, is not directly tied to deploying in the same tenant
