After careful review of the question I have to agree with some comments regarding where this all takes place. In the question, there is absolutely no mention of on-prem. This seems to take place in Azure. If that is the case then "the self-hosted integration runtime" is not necessarily the answer. Anyway I think that Azure File Sync should do the work. Since Azure Data Lake Storage is in the end a Storage account.

read the question again. it says both data and Data Lake are in Azure, so Azure pipeline is the answer not the self hosted IR.
