Correct answer is A, although org-wide settings as such does not exist anymore. Its under guest access now. This has to be set to On. Otherwise no external user can join whatever, even when the "anonymus users can join a meeting" is set to On. Besides: this is not an anonymus user, since the one is invited by email.

Second part of answer is correct and definitely HR " The MailNickName parameter specifies the alias for the associated Office 365 Group.
