"New check-in: Allows you to check in a value for a date you choose, update metric status, and also add a note if you want to." So I also think that last answer should be Power BI.

Power app pages(power pages): Customers can enter request. Dataverse(CDS): Store these requests. Power Automate: A flow to notify Support agent of newly created data in dataSource. Power App portal(Power pages): Support agents can use this external facing portal(which serves both external and internal customers I.e staffs,) to enter reports of the previous week from mobile app. Seeing that no other channel was provided for this purpose, only Power App Portal serves this
