its A: PS DSC. CSE only runs a script and doesnt check for consistency. DSC "Maintains" consistency by regularly checking the target.

For A: create ARM template; write a PoSH DSC script; create Automation Account; configure AA; onboard VM For B: create YAML pipeline; write PoSH DSC script; schedule the pipeline to run every say 10 mins. Which is less Administrative effort? B

Option B doesn't contain all of that. It's just "YAML pipeline". So the answer is A.
