All are NO. Question 1 is NO. You can always use custom connector even if there is a standard connector. Standard connector is default so you can use a custom connector if you want. Just think about this what is the purpose of custom connector if we won't use it? Standard connector will always be available because it's default but we always have an option to use a custom one. Question 2 is NO Question 3 is NO

You cannot use a custom connector if a standard connector is available so the first one is YES. Also, connectors can be mixed in the same Flow or App for #3, so that answer is NO. Answers provided to me by a Microsoft MVP
