Correct answer is B. Key words are "Call Quality Metrics". Specialist can see report about the problem but cannot see the METRICS. Here are screenshots https://4sysops.com/archives/managing-microsoft-teams-with-role-based-admin-groups/

I agree B. The key here is in the question too. ' Admin5 can review the call quality metrics of ALL the users at the company' as a specialist can only view user information for the specific user being searched for, sure they could it, one by one. But i think the answer they are looking for is B. Teams Communications Support Engineer

Correct is C. To have access to call quality metrics in Microsoft Teams, the user must have the "Teams Communications Administrator" or "Teams Communications Support Specialist" role. These roles allow the user to view detailed call quality information for all Teams users in the organization. The principle of least privilege should be applied, therefore only users who need this functionality should be assigned to these roles.

Selected Answer: C
To ensure the principle of least privilege, you should assign the role of "Teams Communications Support Specialist" to Admin5. This role allows Admin5 to review the call quality metrics of all users in the company, while still maintaining a restricted set of permissions. This role strikes a balance between granting the necessary access for troubleshooting and maintaining security by limiting administrative privileges.

The Teams Communications Support Engineer role provides the necessary permissions for troubleshooting and monitoring call quality metrics in Microsoft Teams. It allows the user to access and review call quality data without granting them excessive administrative control over the Teams environment. The Teams Communications Support Specialist has the permission to watch the call quality but not the call quality metrics. So, the answer is clearly C.

C is correct. The role you should assign to Admin5 is that of Teams Communications Support Specialist. This will allow him to review call quality metrics for all users, without granting him access to other administrative settings or functions. This follows the principle of least privilege, which states that users should have only the permissions necessary to perform their specific tasks.

Selected Answer: B
Although we want least privilege which would be C, The call quality issue is not reported by all so we would need to investigate at a user level. Support Engineer allows for that detail, so I would say B.

Tricky question ….. Support engineer >> “ Access, monitor, and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) down to the users who are impacted by poor call quality” Support Specialist >> “ Access, monitor, and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD).” So when the question says “…can review the CQD of all users at the company” would it be referred to particular users (B - Engineer) or in general (C - Specialist)? Sorry to answer with a question !!!!

Selected Answer: B
The answer is B. Specialist can see only one by one users while the Engineer can see all. But with regards to the least principle. The Teams Communication Support Engineer has least privilege than Teams Administrator. So the answer is B.
