Correct answer: A I just tested it, I created a SharePoint site called Sales. When accessing the site, in the bottom right corner, there is an option to Add to Teams. Clicking on this option created a Teams team and gave me the choice to migrate all the content from the site to the team in Teams. The answer is correct, it should be A. Just experimented in my Lab and it works. Go to SharePoint site and click 'Create Site' > select Team Site. After creating the site, wait for some seconds. Scroll down on the new site page, you will see "Add real-time chat - Add Microsoft Teams". Click Add Microsoft Teams, you will be redirected to add Microsoft Teams to the sharepoint site.

This doesn't appear to be a viable option any more, although fairly certain it used to be. Either that, or someone is playing with my admin roles.
