In the new updated Teams Admin center you will have to go to Team - Teams Settings - Email Integration - Accept email in channels from these SMTP domains. Org-wide settings does not exsist. But the nearest correct answer is C.

This options no longer available on Org-Wide settings. TAC > Teams > Team Settings > E-mail integration. So answer is D now!

This setting has been moved to Teams Admin Center=>Teams Settings => Email Integration. but in the context of current options, I would go with C.

C is right, BUT MS changed the menu in TAC. "Looking for org-wide settings? We moved the settings in that section to the corresponding pages in Teams, Users, and Voice sections".

Teams AC -> Org-Wide settings -> Teams settings scroll to Email integration and switch on 'Allow users to send emails to a channel email address' and set Accept channel email from these SMTP domains. So answer is right
