First Why enable fuzzy matching? Since it says the Contacts table is filled using a web-based form without data sanitisation, there may be inconsistencies in how customer names are entered. Fuzzy matching will help match similar strings, accommodating for typos, capitalisation differences, and other minor variations in the customer names.
