Public IP: 1 -------When configuring at Portal, it tells Application GW SKU Standard-V2 dont support only private ip addresses as the frontend. Private IP:1 (only need to add multiple routing rules(combo of listener settings )

You need three private IP addresses - one for the Application Gateway and one for each listener (basic and multisite) No need for Public IP Address

With AGW v2, it must use Public IP address. If you select only (Private IP address) for "Frontend IP address type", it will show the following error message: "Application Gateways with a tier of Standard_v2 don’t support only private IP addresses as the frontend. Supported SKU tiers are standard and WAF." Thus, at least one Public IP address is required for AGWv2. Its possible to assigned multi listeners to the same Private IP address as log as they are using different ports. So, suggested answers is: (1 Public IP) and (1 Private IP).

Looks like the question is incorrect because "Application Gateway V2 SKU doesn't support an internal IP address as it's only frontend". https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/ip-services/configure-public-ip-application-gateway

Selected Answer: A
Public IP 0, OK but, Shouldn't the private IP be 1 only? the question is speaking about the minimum number of IP addresses required for AppGw1 and not the minimum number of IP for the AppGw1.. I've seen a lot of internal APPGW with single private IP and different single/multisite listeners ...

ahh I was tired, sorry I meant the question is speaking about the minimum number of IP addresses required for AppGw1 and not the minimum number of IPs required for the listeners I think one private IP is enough... What do you think?
