- If we read the "Current environment" for each of the 3 departments, we can simply say "Architecture 1", since there's no linkage within the same department or between departments. - However, after reading the requirement point "All sales, contract, and warranty data must be shared among the departments", I can easily say "Architecture 3" is the solution.

The three models aim to depict the as-is. In the current solution the is no connection between costs and issue; so I exclude option #3. The is no connection betweek schedules and costs; so I exclude option #2. As a consequence I vote for option #1
