Yes, No, No. I believe the answer shown are correct. For the second one, the viewer role does not have access to share/reshare: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-roles-new-workspaces For third, there is no mention of being able to add a new measure: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-personalize-visuals?tabs=powerbi-desktop

Yes to the first one since personalize visual box is checked No the second one and third because they are in view only access which disallow reshare and creating meausres
