In a PBI report you can customize Theme colors (View > Customize Theme > Name and colors) setting colors for three different palettes: Theme colors: standard colors for the entire report Sentiment colors: colors used fot KPIs and WATERFALL charts (positive/negative/neutral values) Divergent colors: colors used in conditional formatting (to set Gradient) Since our PBI report has a table, a KPI and a Waterfall chart, solution must be B & D Theme colors are the ones used in the table Sentiment colors are the ones used in the KPI and the Waterfall

In my opinion: B and C Sentiment colors are assigned to visuals like waterfall charts and KPIs, so adjusting them will impact two of the three visuals in our report. Divergent colors are used with gradient colors in conditional formatting, which applies to the third visual. Adjusting these settings will therefore modify all visuals in the report accordingly.

The table uses the default colors of conditional formatting to show values in a range. These are the so-called "Divergent colors". The waterfall chart is one of the visuals that use "sentiment colors" as default colors. I don't see any theme colors benig used in the report except for the start and end values in the waterfall chart, so I wouldn't pick "Theme colors" in my answer...
