No: User1 cannot request access to VM2 because Group1 has no requester permissions for Sub2. Yes: User2, being a member of Group2, can create an access request for User1 for resources in Sub2 like Automation1. Yes: User3 can approve access requests for VM2, as they have Approver permissions in the Authorization system
