line 5 checks isNullorEmpty. That is to check if the account number has a value. So, it's checking for any value.

I'd say 1. Yes - The code checks if the accountnumber is null or empty and performs the validation if it is not. The question is poorly worded. How to understand "any value" meaning? What else should to be validated? 2. Yes - The query includes statecode set to 0, which indicates active accounts. 3. No - The exception message only indicates that a record with the same accountnumber exists, but it does not provide information about the number of duplicated records.
