HOTSPOT

An automobile parts manufacturer wants to replace an existing system with a Microsoft Power Platform solution. The company has been experiencing undesired data changes in their current system. The cause of the changes is due to the relationships that are set up between tables in the database that the system uses.

The new solution must meet the following requirements:

• Track vehicle manufacturers and models.
• Display a list of all models that a manufacturer produces.
• Ensure that each vehicle model can be associated to only one manufacturer.
• Delete all associated models when a user deletes a manufacturer.
• Automatically populate information from the manufacturer when creating a new model from the model list on the manufacturer page.

You need to recommend table relationships to meet the business requirements.

Which relationship settings should you recommend? To answer, select the appropriate options in the answer area.

NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point.

For deleting associated models when a manufacturer is deleted: Use a parental 1:N relationship. For auto-populating manufacturer information when creating a model: Use a parental 1:N relationship. Using a parental 1:N relationship allows the manufacturer data to be easily inherited by the models. When creating a new model from the model list on the manufacturer page, you can automatically pull information from the parent manufacturer record into the child model record. This allows for the auto-population of data from the manufacturer when creating new models.

For second question, I will go with "Use Field Mappings..." because we already have defined relationship type in first option. I don't believe it is reasonable to define 2 type of 1:N Relationship at the same time.

I go with: 1.) Use a parental 1:N relationship between manufacturer and model. Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/create-edit-1n-relationships-solution-explorer#type-of-behavior-options 2.): Use field mappings in 1:N relationship between manufacturer and model Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/map-entity-fields#add-new-mappings

the second is field mapping, because the question talk about information, may be another fields except lookup of the manufacturer, like description or adresse
