If the user was given access to D365 then the user record would already exist. You would not have to create a user record in D365. The engineer could be a Contact not a user. I choose: On the engineers contact record, populate the address fields. On the resource record, set the start and end location option list to Resource address. Set the skill on the engineer record to Electrical Engineer.
