Windows 11 Minimum Requirements for VMs in Hyper-V
To install Windows 11, the VM must meet these key requirements:
Processor: 1 GHz or faster, 2 or more cores, 64-bit compatible
RAM: At least 4 GB
Storage: At least 64 GB
TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0: Must be enabled (can be emulated in Hyper-V)
Secure Boot: Must be enabled
UEFI Firmware (instead of legacy BIOS)

Generation 1 doesn't support Windows 11.
Windows 11 needs at least 2 cores and 4GB RAM.
