C is correct. To shape the query to display the required three columns (month, sales,year), you should select the "Unpivot columns" option in Power Query Editor. This will transfer the data from its current columnar structure (where each year is a separate column) into a tabular format with separate rows for each combination of Month, Sales, and Year.
