Agree. "Before you can use a Windows Server FCI property or other property in a DLP policy, you need to create a managed property in the SharePoint admin center."

Explanation: Your organization might use Windows Server FCI to identify documents with personally identifiable information (PII) such as social security numbers, and then classify the document by setting the Personally Identifiable Information property to High, Moderate, Low, Public, or Not PII based on the type and number of occurrences of PII found in the document. In Office 365, you can create a DLP policy that identifies documents that have that property set to specific values, such as High and Medium, and then takes an action such as blocking access to those files. Before you can use a Windows Server FCI property or other property in a DLP policy, you need to create a managed property in the SharePoint admin center.

B. From the SharePoint admin center, create a managed property. ompliance Center, but it doesn't specifically address managing managed properties in SharePoint. New-DlpComplianceRule cmdlet (D): The New-DlpComplianceRule cmdlet is used to create new DLP compliance rules. While this is closer to the solution, creating a managed property to map the classification is the initial step to enable proper classification-based DLP policies. Therefore, the correct answer is B. From the SharePoint admin center, create a managed property. This step will allow you to properly map the "Confidential" classification to a managed property, which can then be used to configure DLP policies in SharePoint Online.

B, option D because it is related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, which is what the question is asking about. However, after reviewing the provided MS document, I realized that the first step before creating a DLP policy based on a Windows Server FCI property is to create a managed property in the SharePoint admin center. This is because the search index in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business is built up by crawling the content on your sites, and the crawled properties need to be mapped to managed properties before they can be used in DLP policies. Therefore, the correct answer would be option B, which is to create a managed property in the SharePoint admin center before using the Windows Server FCI property in a DLP policy.

Wrong, that's not the FIRST step you must take: First) Create a managed property in Sharepoint Online. Second) Create a DLP policy with this rule "Document properties contain any of these values: FCI PII content". Note that the condition Document properties contain any of these values is temporarily not available in the UI of the Security & Compliance Center, but you can still use this condition by using PowerShell: New-DlpCompliancePolicy -Name FCI_PII_policy -ExchangeLocation All -SharePointLocation All -OneDriveLocation All -Mode Enable https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/protect-documents-that-have-fci-or-other-properties?view=o365-worldwide So answer is B, you should first create a managed property from Sharepoint Online.
