again, tricky or badly worked question. It says COMMAND, so you would go with C since it is a console command: DBCC SHOWCONTIG WITH TABLERESULTS, ALL_INDEXES; sys.dm_db_index_physical_stats is not a command but a DMF. It replaces the DBCC SHOWCONTIG. Later is deprecated.
