Agree with the AB#ID notation but shouldn't it be "fixes" instead of "completed" accoring https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/boards/github/link-to-from-github?view=azure-devops#use-ab-to-link-from-github-to-azure-boards-work-items? Not an option however....

If we want to mark an item as completed => right before AB we have to use the 'Completed' keyword. Since in the answer options D is the closest to the convention (just the # has to be after AB) I would rather go for answer D.

Considering we are dealing with Azure boards, we need AB# notation, so it can't be A or C. If no state is defined for a workflow an item defaults to "Completed" state, so maybe D is the answer, even if it redundant (and possibly bad practice). You should use adds a feature or fixes something, not Completed, because it's ambiguous.
