It says configure so I'm guessing the bot webapp is already created in Azure and has AppId and password so.. 1. Setup the Smart Assist configuration 2. Configure the chatbot app settings file 3. I'm not sure but I think: 1.Configure the chatbot app settings file 2. Publish the webapp to the Microsoft azure tenant 3. Update the chatbot messaging endpoint 4. Test the chatbot https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/abs-quickstart?view=azure-bot-service-4.0&tabs=userassigned
