Azure data lake is correct answer. Entity store can not connect external data sources. Data lake can connect any data sources. And also export to data lake feature can export F&O data to data lake automatically.

D .Data lake for sure as there is standard integration supported from d365 to data lake and data lake can have data from other source to unlike entity store

I think Entity Store is correct answer. Power BI cannot collect data from devices, and handle data export continuously
