The proposed answer will give a card each time an email arrives in the the sales mailbox, while they only need to engage when certain keywords are present. I'll assume there already is a flow for the sales reps. and go with. 1. Edit the existing sales flow 2. Add a flow step to post adaptive card in the Teams technical channel 3. Create the JSON message for the adaptive card

You can apply a keyword filter to the flow trigger.

take the filter off the trigger, run for the new card, then evaluate if the key words are present for the second card. editing existing flow is still correct first step

I made that assumption as well but the 3rd step of creating a message doesn't seem to align to the solution per requirements. It seems out of place. The suggested answer does seem like a duplication of flows but the sequence of the solution as a whole makes more sense in this question.

Answer is Correct: According to the details, it says that the Technical channel must receive a card immediately after an email is received. It doesnt say use the same filters etc as the Sales department does. It also doesn't say anywhere that the sales teams current process uses a Flow at all, so how would you modify something you do not know even exists. I know I know these questions are ugg sometimes, but letter of the law on this one, the answer is correct.

Since the answer alternative says "Edit the existing sales flow.", I would think we could assume that the flow already exists. I also think the filters must be the same since the card the sales reps receive would currently make them engage with the technical team, which should now be automated. So therefore 1) Edit existing flow 2) Create JSON message for adaptive card 3) Add flow step to post adaptive card. But yes, a lot of these questions are vague and badly formulated, so who knows..

I would disagree with MEG, why Technical Team shoud answer to ALL of the sales emails? They only have to "streamline" the current process when the Sales team will involve them only when that "specific words" will be into an email. That's why my answer would be: 1. Edit the existing sales flow 2. Create the JSON message for the adaptive card 3. Add a flow step to post adaptive card in the Teams technical channel

To the letter, the requirement is that the card needs to be exposed in the technical channel immediately after an email arrives. So the answer would technically be correct
