Clarification on 3rd Question answer is power automate. As data from devices is captured, rules within Azure services define when an item should trigger an alert. After an alert is triggered, the data needs to be sent to Dynamics 365. Microsoft Azure Logic Apps sends it if you're using IoT Hub, and Power Automate cloud flows sends it if you're using IoT Central. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/set-up-connected-customer-service/4-assets

Generate an Alert > power automate Create a customer service case > Connected customer Experience (Service)* It is connected customer experience that communicates from Azure IoT to D365 Customer Service but not sure why the question uses the word experience instead of service

Generate an alert -> Power Automate can also do that? Create a customer service case -> Azure Premier Support - not sure what it means.
