Answer is correct, see

"Data stored in a premium block blob storage account cannot be tiered to hot, cool, cold or archive by using Set Blob Tier or using Azure Blob Storage lifecycle management. To move data, you must synchronously copy blobs from the block blob storage account to the hot tier in a different account using the Put Block From URL API or a version of AzCopy that supports this API. "
I used Azure Calculator for the first two questions and the answers are corrects. For the last one too:
"The default access tier for a new general-purpose v2 storage account is set to the hot tier by default. You can change the default access tier setting when you create a storage account or after it's created. If you don't change this setting on the storage account or explicitly set the tier when uploading a blob, then a new blob is uploaded to the hot tier by default."

Box 1: Yes. The Hot access tier is indeed designed for blob data and is available in standard storage accounts for data that is accessed frequently.
Box 2. No. The Cool access tier is intended for blob storage and is NOT available for file shares in premium storage. It is specifically meant for infrequently accessed data in STANDARD storage accounts.
Box 3: No. The Cool access tier can be set at the blob level, not the storage account level.
The answer is YYY. Refer Copilot: 1. Absolutely! The Hot Access Tier is indeed available for blob data in Standard Storage. It's optimized for frequently accessed data and provides low-latency, high-throughput performance, making it perfect for active data workloads. 2. Yes, the Cool Access Tier is available for file shares in Premium Storage
, 3. Yes, the Cool Access Tier can be configured at the storage account level for Standard Storage accounts in Azure. This allows you to set the default access tier for all blobs within the storage account, optimizing costs for infrequently accessed data.
The Hot access tier is available for blob data that uses standard storage.
Answer: Yes
(The Hot access tier is indeed designed for blob data and is available in standard storage accounts for data that is accessed frequently.)
The Cool access tier is available for file shares in premium storage.
Answer: No
(The Cool access tier is intended for blob storage and is not available for file shares in premium storage. It is specifically meant for infrequently accessed data in standard storage accounts.)
The Cool access tier can be configured at the storage account level.
Answer: No
(The Cool access tier can be set at the blob level, not the storage account level. You can configure individual blobs to use the Cool tier within a standard storage account, but it is not a setting that applies to the entire account.)
It seems the last answer should be N !?!
The access tier (Hot, Cool, or Archive) in Azure Blob Storage cannot be configured at the storage account level. Instead, it is configured at the blob level. Each individual blob within a storage account can have its access tier set independently based on your specific requirements.
