Selected Answer: B
The correct answer is option B. B. Use the Microsoft Teams app for GitHub and set up a subscription to receive notifications in the Teams channel. This option allows you to set up a direct integration between GitHub and Microsoft Teams, allowing you to receive automatic notifications in the Teams channel for every commit without the need to develop custom solutions.

Selected Answer: B
B is the answer. https://github.com/integrations/microsoft-teams#customize-notifications You can customize your notifications by subscribing to activity that is relevant to your Teams channel, and unsubscribing from activity that is less helpful to your project. Below features are enabled by default, and can be disabled with the @github unsubscribe owner/repo [feature] command: - commits - New commits on the default branch (usually main)

Answer is B, but this would be a very bad practice in most real life situations. We actually used this on a project and it was spammy as all hell. If you want to see a commit history you can see it source control or just get GitHub Extensions for desktop and you will see all branches/commits etc without noise.

I think it should be B to configure webhooks in Teams and receive it on Github to receive unnecessary efforts. https://www.sharepointeurope.com/how-to-get-alerts-of-github-events-on-your-microsoft-teams-channel/
