I'm thinking Y, N, N. File 1 only has one occurrence of im and the Max setting is set to 2 File 2 has 3 occurrences of im, which exceeds Max setting of 2 File 3 has no occurrences of lowercase im, so no match at all

Actually, the "Maximum number of occurrences" means it can be 1 or 2. Even if it should be minimum. im is case sensitive Box 1 contains 1 im - Y Box 2 contains 3 im - N Box 3 0 - N

This is actually just confusing. There are the words "importing" and "import" in File 1 but the label doesn't apply?

First word is with capitalized I so it's is "Importing" and the settings have case sensitive match so it won't be counted. Only one match in File 1.
