me too but 'or teams.' is not an option: just me, everyone, specific people.

Answer is A and B. When you go under Admin Settings > Advanced Find > Schedule Board Settings, you can share the schedule board settings with users and team.

However, when a schedule board tab is set to share with specific people, the specific people to share it with can't be modified from the tab settings. The actual Schedule Board Settings record needs to be shared with the specific people that require access. This can initially be done by using Advanced Find and changing the look for field to be Schedule Board Settings table. When you select the results button, every schedule board tab that was created displays. Once you locate the schedule board you want to provide access to, select the share button, and the standard Dynamics 365 sharing screen displays.

AD is good answer. You can only share with you, all or specific persons. No team proposed.

my understanding is you obviously share the new tab not with new users but with existing users who use the same functionalities as you are using. therefore, they all have the same role as you have. it is not usual to tell the users they should check the security roles of the users they want their stuff shared to prior to sharing. though ENSURE might be the keyword.
