2. In the properties of SQLdb1, scroll down to the Security section and select Auditing.
3. Turn auditing on if it isn't already, tick the Log Analytics checkbox then click on Configure.

4. Select the WS12345678 Azure Log Analytics workspace.
5. Click Save to save the changes.

Sign in to the Azure portal. In the left-hand menu, click on SQL databases. Click on the SQLdb1 database. In the SQL database blade, click on Auditing under the Security section. In the Auditing blade, set the Status to On. In the Target section, select Log Analytics. In the Log Analytics workspace section, select the WS12345678 workspace. Click Save to apply the changes.

Yes, and also it can be enabled on the Server resource. The question looks like it is asking to enable only in the database resource. Always read carefully, as naming can mislead you into the wrong configuration for such a simple thing.
