Anytime you see GROUP whether it says Identify which usually is Classification, it is ALWAYS Cluster. Think of Cluster like saying "A Cluster of things" or "Group of things" essentially.
Cluster = Group
Identify/Classify = Classification
Prediction = Regression
A is the answer.
