Point C should be NO as question mentions "Language Service's question answering" can determine the intent of a user utterance which is not correct. "Language Service" can but "Language Service's question answering" can't.

I agree. No. Language Service's question answering is primarily designed to extract answers from pre-defined knowledge bases or documents, not directly query databases. Yes. Language Service's question answering can provide consistent answers to similar questions by leveraging the knowledge base and understanding the intent of the user's question. No. Language Service's question answering is focused on extracting answers from text and documents, rather than determining the intent of user utterances. Intent recognition is typically handled by other NLP components or services.(ChatGPT)

NYN is the answer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/language-service/question-answering/overview#when-to-use-question-answering When you want to provide the same answer to a request, question, or command - when different users submit the same question, the same answer is returned.
