Agree with you. If we choose E, the Wholesales customers don't receive the 10% off during the calendar year and beginb only after the end of the customerA sales agreement

Adding onto this. Sales agreements use the terms "Effective date" & "Expiration date" whereas Trade agreements use "From date" and "To date." So setting an effective date on the trade agreement would be incorrect here.
