Correct Answer is No, Yes, No. The scenario presented only mentions that channel moderation is ON . So if you turn "channel moderation" only "ON" and do not make any configuration change, per default moderator are only "Team owner". And only moderators can start a new post.

Should it be N N N? The Channel moderation can be both owner and members.

lab01 is right its only Teams owners, who can moderate by default. But the question here might be missing an image of that particular part too. This seems too loose even for a MS exam question.

Could user 2 (Owner of the Sales Channel) no add User 4 as a member to the Budgets channel? (Meaning answer should be N Y Y ?) Or can an owner not add new members to an already created private channel?
